As a doctoral candidate at the Professorship of Digital Services and Sustainability, my research focuses on the organizational and managerial impact of digital technologies. In particular, I am investigating how digital innovations, with their individual characteristics, and the progress of digital technologies influence the way companies realize these kinds of innovations, what challenges they face, and how these can be overcome. I am particularly interested in the role of the IT department in the implementation of digital innovations. I have practical experience in marketing, human resource management and project management of digital systems.
