Dr. Eva Prielmaier, MBR, studied business education with organizational and business psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. After a teaching stay in Portland, Oregon (USA), she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Business Education. Her research focused on the areas of philosophy of science, vocational psychology and the implications of postmodern theory formation for counseling processes. She received her doctorate with a thesis on employment-oriented counseling.

For many years, Eva Prielmaier has been the central contact person at the ISC for academic advising and individual student coaching. As a certified systemic coach (according to the guidelines of the Systemic Society, SG) and with a sound qualification in psychotherapy (HPPsych./HeilPrG), she brings comprehensive professional and human competence to her work. She is co-founder of the student coaching network at LMU Munich and the first point of contact for all students of the faculty when it comes to mental health and personal development (MHFA-MentalHealthFirstAid).

In her teaching activities at the Faculty of Business Administration, Eva Prielmaier designs practical and interactive formats in the Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Education degree programs - in particular with a focus on career management, personal development and work-related well-being. She is also actively involved in WIWI teacher training (state examinations and supervision of admission papers for LAG/LAR).
