The Professorship of Digital Work researches and teaches with a focus on how digital technologies are changing the world of work.

Activities with a focus on transfer, research, and practical applications

  • Conduct and support the annual personnel study of the National Association of German Cooperative Banks (BVR) on various areas of focus (e.g., digital transformation)
  • Conduct and support the Bildungsmonitor of the Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften (ADG)
  • Workshops and seminars for the ADG and ADG Business Achool on topics such as AI in HR management, digital transformation, future of work

Curriculum Vitae

Prof. Dr. Anne-Sophie Mayer is Professor of Digital Work at the LMU School of Management. She previously worked as an assistant professor at the renowned KIN Center for Digital Innovation at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where she gained valuable international experiece in research and teaching.

She completed her doctorate on the influence of new digital technologies on work at the University of Passau. Her research stays have included Stanford University, the University of Sydney, and the University of Auckland.
