Research Areas

Our research focuses on the marketing of products and services in digital markets and the measurement of consumer behavior in all areas of electronic and mobile commerce. In addition, we deal with pricing, information markets, and new product development. An overview of our main subject areas can be found at the bottom of this page. The Institute of Electronic Commerce and Digital Markets actively participates in the Internet Business Cluster (IBC). More information about the IBC can be found here. Selected research results and dissertations of the institute's staff are published in the "Electronic Commerce & Digital Markets" series. The following list provides an overview of volumes that have already been published.
