Professorship for Strategic Organization Design

We are part of the Management & Strategy Cluster and work closely with the Institute for Strategy, Technology and Organization (ISTO). Our research and teaching focus on the design and optimization of organizational structures and processes.

The Chair of Strategic Organizational Design focuses on both traditional and modern, technology-driven and sustainability-oriented organizational design.
