DFG - The impact of pay transparency on employees, companies and gender pay

The research project ”The impact of pay transparency on employees, companies and the gender pay gap“ was funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG, project number 416607985) with a duration of 2.5 years (January 2019 - June 2021) and a total budget of approximately 240,000 euros.

Performance feedback transparency

The Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) has given a positive decision to a research proposal by Professor Weller and is now funding the project "Performance feedback transparency" (funding number 529741405). The project is funded as a so-called Middle East cooperation. Professor Weller's research partner is Professor Peter Bamberger from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Within the framework of the project, laboratory and field experiments on the transparency of performance feedback will be conducted in Munich and Tel Aviv. The project has a duration of 3 years and a funding volume of > 400,000 euros. We are looking forward to working with Peter and his team!
