Felix Bölingen, Alejandro Hermida and Ingo Weller were able to publish their study on the interactions of work and private life in the open source journal Frontiers of Psychology. Using an innovative sampling method, the authors collected representative data from Munich at the beginning of the Corona pandemic, which they used to analyse how forced home office work affects employees' work and relationship satisfaction.
