LMU Mentoring & Junior Staff Development

With the LMU Mentoring Program, the LMU Munich School of Management supports outstanding young scientists on their way to an academic career with the goal of becoming a professor.

The mentoring program supports you on your way to becoming a professor. As a mentee, you select experienced professors from LMU or other universities to act as mentors. In addition to mentor support, the program offers you continuing education courses, networking opportunities, and supports you in your career planning with funding. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible support and encouragement as you embark on your academic career.

Mentees are selected based on the quality of the submitted applications and within the framework of LMU's diversity principles.
