Top 40 under 40: Young talents are shaping the future

They are innovators, forward thinkers and leaders who break new ground and create solutions despite times of crisis.

The business magazine Capital has once again honored the “Top 40 under 40” - young talents from politics, business and society who demonstrate outstanding achievements in their fields.

This year's award winners are between their late 20s and late 30s and have excellent qualifications and diverse international backgrounds. They embody a generation that not only experiences globalization and change, but actively shapes them.
