Registration for students for bachelor and master theses

Eligible students can now register for their bachelor's and master's theses. A total of eight different topics are available for selection.

Once the formal requirements such as the number of ECTS credits have been met. eligible students can now register for their bachelor's and master's theses.
A total of eight topics are available:

  • Topic 1: Data Breaches: Classification, consequences and protection behavior
  • Topic 2: Streaming Wars: Switching behavior in the context of video-on-demand services
  • Topic 3: Digital transformation: user reactions to information systems
  • Topic 4: Renewed IT use: contexts and causes
  • Topic 5: IT Addiction: When digital technology becomes addictive
  • Topic 6: Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM): The role of the Internet in information exchange
  • Topic 7: Technostress: Causes, consequences and countermeasures
  • Topic 8: IT Discontinuation: why do people stop using IT or switch to alternatives?

Register early for a topic and a supervisor. Each topic can be taken by a maximum of 3 students. Follow their interests and strengths and talk to your lecturer about this if necessary.

Once you have decided on a topic and a supervisor, you can make a formal application. Here it is important to submit all the required documents by the deadline, such as the registration form and the synopsis of the thesis.
