New article on self-transcendence & leadership

In this new article published in European Management Review, the authors identify four greater somethings: 1. other people, 2. social collectives, 3. moral principles & ideals, and 4. metaphysical beings. They link each greater something to one theory: servant, transformational, moral, and spiritual leadership; and then integrate these into a meta-perspective of self-transcendent leadership.
