Universities, business schools, companies and institutions active in the field of marketing trends nominate their candidates for the award. Self-nominations will not be considered
At this year's International Marketing Trends Conference in Venice, the award went to Prof. Dr. Marko Sarstedt and Christian Ringle (TU Hamburg) for their research influence and contribution to science and business practice.

Together they held a methodology workshop on PLS-SEM at the conference.

The next International Marketing Trends Conference will take place in Berlin in 2026.
