The LMU Munich School of Management for a healthy learning and working environment.
A Healthy Campus is not a project with an end date, but rather an attitude: it's about creating sustainable structures that support our employees and students in their physical and mental health – day after day." A healthy environment for personal and collective success
We firmly believe that a healthy environment is the foundation for personal and collective success. That is why, in line with our cross-cutting theme of "Legitimacy and Responsibility" and inspired by the Okanagan Charter (International Charter for Health Promoting Universities and Colleges), we at the LMU Munich School of Management (SOM) are actively committed to creating a working and learning environment that promotes mental and physical health. To this end, we are pooling measures and initiatives that help employees and students stay healthy, motivated, and productive—even in challenging times. Our WeCare@SOM concept is embedded in the university-wide WeCare@LMU initiative and aims to anchor health and well-being as central components of university culture.
