Marketing Consulting is an advanced seminar designed to bridge theoretical knowledge from the previous lecture, Unternehmensführung & Marketing, with practical, real-world application. This course offers students a unique opportunity to delve into the complexities and challenges of marketing in a dynamic business environment. Under the guidance of experienced experts in the field, students will engage in hands-on projects that simulate actual consulting scenarios, allowing them to apply and test their learned concepts in a controlled yet realistic setting.
Throughout the semester, students will work in teams on a real consulting project. These projects will encompass market analysis, strategy development, and implementation plans. The seminar includes regular workshops and Q&As. The supervisor will provide continuous guidance, feedback, and support, helping students navigate through complex marketing problems and develop actionable solutions.
Student performance will be evaluated based on a project report and final presentation.
