Welcome to our team, Earoel Kennedy!

Ms. Kennedy currently is the Global Head of Cloud Core Enablement and Development with a multinational technology company, SAP, delivering workforce & skill transformation to support SAP’s cloud transformation agenda. With over 20 years of experience, she has diverse knowledge from various market units in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific Japan. Ms. Kennedy has held many leadership positionings leading cross-cultural, and cross-functional teams, which provide her with great appreciation of fostering diverse and inclusive team cultures.

Ms. Kennedy brings unique perspectives from her international and multicultural industry background to her research. Having been a woman in tech over two decades, she will focus her research on effectiveness of diversity and inclusion practices in the multinational technology sector.

Ms. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University, USA and a Master of Arts in Business Leadership from Trinity Western University, Canada.
