"From Professional Aspirations to Identity Confirmation: The Case of Japanese Career Women Working for Foreign Subsidiaries in Japan" is one of two finalists for the Women in the Academy of Interntional Business (WAIB) Best Paper Award.
We are thrilled to announce that the paper "From Professional Aspirations to Identity Confirmation: The Case of Japanese Career Women Working for Foreign Subsidiaries in Japan" co-authored by Prof. Dr. Markus Pudelko (Tübingen University) and Prof. Dr. Helene Tenzer is one of two finalists for the Women in the Academy of Interntional Business (WAIB) Best Paper Award.
This award recognizes the best paper presented at the Academy of International Business (AIB) conference, focused on increasing gender awareness in international business research. It will be presented at this year's AIB Annual Meeting in Miami.
