"From Professional Aspirations to Identity Confirmation and Transformation: The Case of Japanese Career Women Working for Foreign Subsidiaries in Japan" nominated for the 2022 Temple/AIB Best Paper Award.
Besides being nominated for the WAIB Best Paper Award, the manuscript "From Professional Aspirations to Identity Confirmation and Transformation: The Case of Japanese Career Women Working for Foreign Subsidiaries in Japan" co-authored by Prof. Pudelko and Prof. Tenzer was also nominated for the 2022 Temple/AIB Best Paper Award.
This award recognizes the strongest scholarly submission to the 2022 Academy of International Business (AIB) conference. The winner will be announced in Miami on July 9th.
