Our Desirable Futures standing working group community is thriving, bringing together scholars dedicated to making an impact with and through science. We are future-oriented, imagination-focused, and values-based. The recent EGOS (European Group for Organizational Studies) conference in Milan was a delightful gathering, and there's so much more on the horizon: special issues, meetings, and exciting collaborations.
A special thank you to Amanda N Williams, Tima Bansal, and Ju Young Lee for organizing the PDW on "Research Methods and Strategies for Co-Creating Desirable Futures with Practitioners." Your efforts provided invaluable insights and strategies.
We also extend our gratitude to Miriam Feuls, Raghu Garud, and Tima Bansal for organizing the sub-theme on "Innovating for Desirable Futures: Exploring the Intersection of Innovation, Sustainability, and Time." Your work highlighted critical intersections and fostered rich discussions.
Thank you to everyone who participated and co-created a beautiful, forward-looking, and proactive experience.
