In this session, Aled Jones (Global Sustainability Institute, Anglia Ruskin University) explores the future business risks that biodiversity and nature loss pose for insurance and investment.
Drawing on his work with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, Jones takes as his starting point the IFoA report "Planetary Solvency: Tipping into the Wild Unknown," which finds a real and rising risk of UK food system collapse within the next few years.
