About us
Our research draws on a wide range of theoretical perspectives. Often, we enrich “classic” theories in management with insights from sociology and psychology. This allows us to take a behavioral view on the questions at hand. We use different methodologies with a strong emphasis on quantitative empirical analyses. Although the activities of the Center of Organization Research revolve around advancing research, the knowledge gained in the areas mentioned below also impacts our teaching at the Institute for Strategic Management.
