The Human Resource Education & Management II degree programme includes a second subject that can be taught at a school, for example. Currently, the second subjects German, Language and Communication German (German as a foreign language), Mathematics, English and Catholic and Protestant Religious Education are offered.

It offers the possibility to either opt for a broad generalist education or to specialise in the offered areas of Accounting; Business Taxation; Digital Business; Finance & Insurance; Marketing & Strategy; Strategic Organisation or Technology & Innovation.
