Description "Projektmanagement"
Project management encompasses all tasks related to the initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and completion of projects. The course covers both qualitative aspects and the quantitative tools used along the project life cycle. The focus is on project schedule network diagrams. The application side is reinforced by exercises, guest lectures with subsequent discussion and a PC-supported exercise.

Description "Change Management"
In many companies, necessary innovations are often recognized too late or meet with considerable resistance. This is where change management comes in. It has the task of initiating, controlling and supporting change processes. The aim is to achieve the highest possible level of acceptance for the changes among managers and employees. The lecture deals with the implementation of new strategies in companies, based on the theoretical foundations of change management. Organizational and leadership-related aspects as well as practical design options for change management projects are discussed.
