Description

In this course, students will learn:

  • How to apply project management methods and tools
  • How to plan, manage, and control projects while taking time, costs, and quality into account
  • How to analyze risks and stakeholders and take appropriate measures
  • How to reflect on teamwork, communication, and leadership behavior in a project context
  • How to compare and apply agile and classic project management approaches
