The IIM at the VHB 85th annual Conference

At the 85th annual meeting of the German Association for Business Research (Verband der Hochschullehrerinnen und Hochschullehrer für Betriebswirtschaft, VHB) in March 2026, the IIM was represented multiple times in the program. Prof. Spanjol participated in a timely and important discussion panel on how business manages value creation and capture in today’s dynamic environment and how innovation can be an engine for sustainable transformation. Dr. de la Cruz presented ongoing work on responsible innovation in German SMEs and the importance of existing process norms.
