Participation in the 2025 JBVI Entrepreneurship Academy

We are delighted to share that Kira Brinkmann represented the Institute for Innovation Management as a doctoral candidate at the 2025 Journal of Business Venturing Insights (JBVI) Entrepreneurship Academy, hosted by Aalto University in Finland from September 2-4 2025.

The JBVI Academy gathered 29 competitively selected participants from 23 institutions in 11 countries. Over three days, the program focused on academic challenges, the meaning of insights, and questions related to publishing, research communication, and impact.

The program was enriched by the mentorship of distinguished scholars and JBVI Editorial and Advisory Board members, including Andreas Kuckertz, Dimo Dimov, Ewald Kibler, Jonathan Kimmitt, Maija Renko, and Pablo Munoz. The special activity with Flower Rescue Finland gave Kira and other participants the chance to create bouquets from rescued flowers, which were then donated to local hospitals.
