Content and course objectives

The project course offers students to work on a concrete business problem related to the digitialization of products and processes during a whole semester. Usually, students are assigned to teams of four to five students, collaborating closely with a company representative.

The final presentations should serve as concrete guidance for managerial decision-making for the respective company partner.

  • ... apply suitable scientific methods as well as business and management concepts to questions of the digital economy.
  • ... translate scientific insights into actionable managerial recommendations.

Partner

Within the scope of the project course, students will work on problem statemens of practical relevance in close cooperation with company partners. Previous problem statements included topics such as the analysis of the market for social gaming as well as the optimization of revenue models.

Additional interim or final presentations at the company partners are possible.
