Content and course objectives

This seminar explores the rapidly evolving field of Digital Work and Organizing, with a particular focus on how emerging technologies—such as Generative AI, artificial intelligence, robotics, and virtual reality—are reshaping the way individuals, organizations, and societies work and collaborate.

Students will critically engage with the opportunities and challenges that these technologies create for work practices, organizational structures, and broader social systems.

By examining real-world cases and current debates, the seminar fosters a nuanced understanding of both the transformative potential and the risks associated with digital technologies.
