My career is defined by local, commercially focused roles – measured for output on a daily base. London and Munich, >10 years of Marketing and 7 years in Sales. Whilst I wouldn’t want to miss my solid Marketing education, the journey into Sales is what shaped me as a person: holistic business understanding, instant result accountability and learning to feel comfortable with not feeling comfortable. Still pleased I am back where my heart belongs: Working for one of the most beloved brands in the world, steadily reinventing ourselves to keep relevance with our audience – and doing this with the right purpose in an amazing company culture.

„Offensives Marketing“ by Meyer/Davidson with the „POISE“ approach counted as my northstar throughout my studies. Marketing Effectiveness measurement is what I selected as topic for my Diploma. 20 years later, Marketing is more digital, data-focused and consumer-centric than ever before, yet the initial ideas of "I"ntegrative or „E"ffective still holds true.
The LEGO Group is a privately held company based in Billund, Denmark. Our location for the DACH region is Grasbrunn (southeast of Munich). We are steadily offering intern/working student positions in the areas of Operations, Sales and Marketing
