PDE team at ECIS 2023

Our team was represented with a contribution at the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS) in Kristiansand, Norway.
This year, the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS) took place at the University of Agder in Kristiansand, Norway under the motto "Co-creating Sustainable Digital Futures." Our team was represented with a contribution. Nina Hotter presented the paper titled "Coming Back For More: Exploring Three Theoretical Perspectives Influencing IS Resumption." In this paper, Nina Hotter, Franziska Stoeckl, Christian Maier, and Andreas Eckhardt investigated reasons for returning to the use of a previously usedtechnology after its usage had already ended.
During the conference, insights into Norwegian culture were provided. For example, each participant received a Troll pendant upon registration, believed to bring good luck. Of course, there was also ample room for enjoyment during the conference, particularly at the social event held at the fishing harbor. Additionally, the excellent weather encouraged participants to explore nature through sporting activities or to relax with a drink at the beach
