Master Seminar "Customer Centricity"
The Master seminar "Customer Centricity" kicked off with an inspiring session at Google, led by Prof. Dr. Martin P. Fritze and David Hähnchen, together with Guido Rahmann from Google. The session opened with a thought-provoking talk on the role of artificial intelligence in marketing and how customer insights can be leveraged to drive true customer centricity.
Together with the students, the discussion explored how data-driven marketing can be meaningfully aligned with customer experience insights to build strategies that are genuinely centered around the customer. This event marked the beginning of a hands-on project phase, which will be conducted in close collaboration with Google.
