Professorship for Managerial Accounting

The professorship is part of the Accounting & Taxation Cluster of the LMU Munich School of Management and conducts research and teaching on topics that include both theoretical and practical aspects of decision support and corporate management control.

Research and teaching

Managerial accounting serves the goal-oriented acquisition, preparation, analysis and appropriate communication of information for the preparation of decisions and influencing decision-making behavior. Within this framework, the professorship is committed to excellent and practice-oriented research and teaching.
