Meet our new colleague Safia Bouacha!

In April Institute for Strategy, Technology and Organization welcomed yet another new team member: Safia Bouacha.

Safia has just joined LMU as a research and teaching assistant after having worked for several years at Huawei Technologies in Algiers. She holds an M.Sc. in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering. In July Safia will start her Ph.D. program here at ISTO. Her research interests include Strategic Management, Platform Business, Organization Design, and Technology, such as Automation, Networking, or AI. With Safia, ISTO gains a TechWomen Fellow, an initiative of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

We are delighted to welcome Safia to our team and wish her a good start at ISTO!
