ISTO Welcomes New Team Member Chengdi Fa

This spring, ISTO is excited to welcome Chengdi Fa as a new postdoctoral researcher.

Chengdi recently joined our institute as a postdoctoral researcher. Prior to this, she was a PhD candidate in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Amsterdam, under the supervision of Henk Volberda, Hakan Ozalp, and Taghi Ramezan Zadeh. Her doctoral research focuses on platform governance and regulation, specifically examining how governance mechanisms shape value creation within platform ecosystems, influence complementor strategies, and impact user engagement. With her expertise, she will contribute to the BIDT project on resilient regulation of digital markets.

We are delighted to have Chengdi on board and wish her a great start at ISTO and LMU!
