What should a modern omnichannel strategy look like to attract Generation Z (Gen Z) in the insurance market?

Maryam Hammad, Maximilian Mittelhäuser und Jost Südhoff – students from our project course – are investigating this question for Allianz Consulting and providing deeper insights into the impulses of the Allianz Consulting event series “Future of Sales Summit”. Together with Verena Ritzinger, Nele Lohmann, Andreas Vornehm and Sven Gettler from the multi-channel team, they are conducting a field study on how a seamless customer journey for the Gen Z should look like.
