We are looking for a Master Tutor

About:

START with Business Modeling is a joint project of the LMU IEC, the Institute of Human Resource Education Management, and the Institute of Innovation Management. In the course, students learn the basics necessary to create a business model. In small teams, students develop business plans for startups. In addition, the course teaches further competencies, which are also often referred to as key qualifications, including soft skills.
You will support the course leader in the implementation and administration of the tutorials, guide the teams in organizing and structuring their work and meetings, give helpful feedback on the progress of the business model report, check student presentations for accuracy and relevance in terms of content, and be available to answer students' questions, all in cooperation with the course leader. You will be paid according to TV-L HiWi maximum rate.

Requirements:

• You are available to work on the course for 6 hours/week from the 1st of April till the 31st of July 2023
• You are enrolled in the Master's program in Business Administration or Business Education at LMU
• You are interested in the topics of startups and have sound business knowledge from all relevant areas of business administration
• You are a team player, a strong communicator, enthusiastic, open to new things, convinced of the idea of the course and willing to work independently and with a high degree of commitment
• You are willing to take responsibility as a role model for younger students
• Even in stressful times, you keep calm and always act professionally
• Excellent English skills (all communication in the team as well as in the course will be in English)

Your work will begin with a one-day introductory workshop for tutors and lecturers in early April (before the start of the semester, probably on 05.04.2023.
