Since September 2024, I have been working as a PhD candidate at the Chair for Digital Services and Sustainability in collaboration with Audi AG. My research focuses on artificial intelligence in human resource management and its applications in both strategic and operational contexts. My academic background is in psychology, and I have practical experience in personnel selection as well as in employee and leadership development.
