The alumni network LMU Management Alumni of the Faculty of Business Administration has set itself the goal of providing students with insights into later professional life while they are still studying. We want to help promote contact between excellent companies and current students at the faculty.

It brings renowned companies and students together once a year. As a platform for targeted exchange between companies and academia, the Career Day is intended to support business administration teaching and research and to ensure that students receive a company-related education.

Concept and procedure

The LMU Management Alumni network invites all Master's students and Bachelor's students of higher semesters together with the participating partner companies once a year on an afternoon during the semester.

In the rooms of the Faculty of Business Administration, students can attend various workshops and get to know the company representatives in personal conversations.

The students participating in the Career Day can thus establish individual contact with various companies from different industries. They get to know subject-related application areas that are suitable for implementing theoretical findings and differentiated working methods.

There you can get answers to questions about the application of theoretical knowledge in practice, the orientation of your studies for your own career planning and the application process.

At the Career Day, together with our partner companies, we offer you as a participant the opportunity to test your knowledge on exciting cases and to receive important background information about your career planning, to present your CV to the companies in advance, to have individual discussions with representatives of the companies directly on site and to receive a certificate of participation in the Career Day.
